Williams Square Plaza Reopening Celebration - The renovated Williams Square Plaza, featuring the iconic Mustangs of Las Colinas reopened with a ribbon cutting celebration. The event debuted Irving’s $7.8 million investment to revitalize Williams Square Plaza and the Mustangs of Las Colinas. The site is now designated as a city park. The Mustang Museum is expected to open this summer. It will also serve as a visitor center for the City of Irving.
